- Please kindly note that each country has different rules concerning import duties and taxes. Customers often pay no tax. See details below. For more information contact the email: info@gudsen.com
- We offer Free Worldwide Shipping for most orders. However, as few remote areas cities may not support our shipping methods, we may charge you part of the freight fee before shipping. If you want to check whether there is an extra freight fee for your orders, please kindly write an email to info@gudsen.com with your country and postcode.
- Usually, there will be an extra freight charge of $10-25 for the transportation of pure batteries. And we ship the products via the internal parcel with a tracking number. Due to transportation restrictions, the battery pack may be returned to us directly. if you have not received the package within 3-4 weeks, please contact the email: info@gudsen.com. If it turns out that the batteries are in return procedure, we will help to apply for a sales return.
- Due to the reason of local customs, we do not provide transportation services to India, Brazil, and Egypt.
